In elk vakantiepakket zit een uitgebreid feedback formulier, de meeste klanten testimonials zijn hiervan genomen, de rest komt van emails die onze klanten gestuurd hebben na hun vakantie.
In 2017 meer dan 80% van onze klanten stuurden hun feedbackformulier terug. 85% van deze beoordeelde hun vakantie “Uitstekend”, en een verdere 14% “Goed”
More than excellent. Janet and staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would highly recommend, and would stay again if ever visiting this area.

We have enjoyed all the places in which we have stayed. We are not regular customers in guest houses / bed and breakfast accommodation and have found the experience engaging / enjoyable. W have met many interesting people – some other guests, others hosts themselves. We have stayed in some people’s homes, as if friends or family of the hosts. They have all been welcoming and given friendly excellent service. Thank you to them all, and to Mickledore for organising our wonderful holiday. The walk along Hadrian’s Wall was brilliant. We enjoyed our walking holiday very much – it was a great way of feeling liberated from the daily grind of our everyday working lives. Highly recommended.
The organisation, the choice of B&B’s and hotels, mileage between sites and the delivery of our bags as well as the information in the holiday pack was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the Cleveland Way and your assistance..
