In elk vakantiepakket zit een uitgebreid feedback formulier, de meeste klanten testimonials zijn hiervan genomen, de rest komt van emails die onze klanten gestuurd hebben na hun vakantie.
In 2017 meer dan 80% van onze klanten stuurden hun feedbackformulier terug. 85% van deze beoordeelde hun vakantie “Uitstekend”, en een verdere 14% “Goed”
We have used other companies in the past but always find Mickledore the best. We’ve always had excellent accommodation and friendly, helpful service. We have recommended Mickledore to everyone we met on the walk. Thank you – we will shortly be booking up the South Downs Way for 2010!
Although clearly more expensive than DIY booking of B&B and route planning, the excellence of service made it much easier to concentrate on simply enjoying the walking.
