In elk vakantiepakket zit een uitgebreid feedback formulier, de meeste klanten testimonials zijn hiervan genomen, de rest komt van emails die onze klanten gestuurd hebben na hun vakantie.
In 2017 meer dan 80% van onze klanten stuurden hun feedbackformulier terug. 85% van deze beoordeelde hun vakantie “Uitstekend”, en een verdere 14% “Goed”
The holiday pack was perfect – detailed, clear, comforting! You had even put in bus timetables which I needed. Telephone and email responses were faultless! Helpful, supportive, prompt, friendly. An incredible week: fabulous! The organisation and information provided were first rate.
