In elk vakantiepakket zit een uitgebreid feedback formulier, de meeste klanten testimonials zijn hiervan genomen, de rest komt van emails die onze klanten gestuurd hebben na hun vakantie.
In 2017 meer dan 80% van onze klanten stuurden hun feedbackformulier terug. 85% van deze beoordeelde hun vakantie “Uitstekend”, en een verdere 14% “Goed”

I would like to commend the luggage transfer service – the highest compliment I could pay is that we didn’t think about it after the first transfer.
